Septic System or Cesspool inspections and Certification Liability - provides coverage's for damage to a septic system or cesspool which occur after, and resulting from, the insured's inspection of such septic system or cesspool and certification that it is in proper working order. Various limits are available up to $100,000
Reimbursement for Unintentional Handling of Hazardous Wastes - any insured with Contractors Equipment or Miscellaneous Property Floater can add this coverage. It provides reimbursement for 90% of expenses incurred to remove hazardous waste when required as a result of being refused entry to a sewage disposal/treatment site for which a permit is held.
